Not every grooming van is built the same. Little Dog Mobile Studio was thoughtfully designed just for little dogs, creating a quieter, cozier, and less overwhelming experience from start to finish.

By focusing on dogs under 20 lbs and 12 inches tall (measured from floor to shoulder), I can provide one-on-one care in a space designed specifically with their comfort and safety in mind.

Hi! I’m Arie

I have over 15 years in the pet grooming industry, working in corporate salons, private shops, mobile grooming, and everything in-between. I have done it all, along the way I realized I enjoyed specializing on grooming little dogs but I couldn’t find a model specifically built for them.

That's why I created Little Dog Mobile Studio.

Every detail of the van was thoughtfully designed around the comfort and safety of little dogs. I schedule one client at a time, and focus on creating a quieter, cozier, low-stress environment where your little dog receives full attention.

My goal is simple: exceptional grooming, genuine compassion, and a peaceful experience for you and your little one!

Is My Dog a Good Fit?

Little Dog Mobile Studio is designed primarily for dogs under 20 lbs and under 12 inches tall, though there are occasional exceptions.

  • Hillcrest, University Heights, North Park, Mission Hills, South Park, Mission Valley, Point Loma, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, La Jolla, and surrounding communities. Parking permitting.

  • Not necessarily. I just need a safe, legal place to park the van that's reasonably close to your home. Street parking is perfect in most neighborhoods.

  • For safety, the van needs to be parked on relatively level ground. If your street is very steep, we may arrange to park on a nearby flatter street or designated parking area that's within a short walking distance.

  • Nope! The van is fully equipped with everything I need. It has it’s own onboard generators and fresh water tanks.

  • No! Prices are all inclusive and include tip, so no akward screen flip here!

  • Little Dog Mobile Studio was intentionally designed for dogs under about 20 lbs. The van, equipment, and appointment flow are all optimized for small breeds so every dog receives one-on-one attention in a calm, comfortable environment.

  • Little Dog Mobile Studio is designed exclusively for small dogs. While I'd love to help every pup, my equipment, workspace, and schedule are intentionally built around smaller breeds to provide the safest and most comfortable experience possible. If you have both a small and larger dog, I'd be happy to groom your small dog, but I'll recommend another trusted groomer for your larger pup!

  • While some dogs do better in a one on one mobile service over high volume noisy salon, if your pet has exhibitted agressive (biting/nipping) behavior or needs extra restraint, I may not be able to complete the service safely in a tight space alone.

  • Absolutely! Puppy appointments are a wonderful way to introduce grooming in a positive, low-stress environment.

  • Most appointments take about 1.5–2 hours depending on coat condition, size, behavior, and the services requested.
